Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

This policy is in place to ensure that those who must cancel their attendance at courses provide adequate notice.  Notice of cancellation/withdrawal must be submitted via email to Liz Jamischak at e-Zsigma (Canada) Inc., ljamischak@e-zsigma.com.

1.0  Cancellations/Withdrawals received a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days prior the scheduled course start date will receive a full refund (100%) of their course fees paid and/or invoiced.

2.0  Cancellations/Withdrawals received less than thirty (30) calendar days prior the scheduled course start date will receive a refund of 75% of their course fees paid and/or invoiced.

3.0  Except in the event of a substitution (see below), cancellations/Withdrawals received less than ten (10) calendar days prior the scheduled course start date, fail to appear at a course (non-attendance), or who withdraw from a course while it is in progress will be required to pay the full course fees.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Should a confirmed participant be unable to attend and wishes to substitute their seat on the course with another individual, a request must be made to eZsigma (Canada) Inc. prior to the start of the course and the substitution may be accepted at no charge.

Applications for substitutions are made on a case by case basis and at the discretion of e-Zsigma (Canada) Inc. and the person(s) being considered for substitution must meet all course prerequisites. Substitutions will not be accepted in the case of a withdrawal (after the class/course has started).
